Cecilia Crosby

Hello! I’m Cecilia Crosby and I’ve been a passionate writer since I was ten years old. Writing has always been a big part of my life. It has allowed me to be creative and carefree in ways that nothing else allows me to do. Since I enjoy writing as much as I do, I decided to major in it! I am an English major with a concentration in Creative Writing. I graduated with honors from UIC and I am part of the English Honor Society (Sigma Tau Delta).

I have written in many forms, from creative writing of fiction and poetry to blog writing for a new software business. I enjoy all aspects of writing and love the challenge of writing in different forms and seeing how far my writing skills can go and how they can be built on. There’s no greater joy than seeing something I’ve written being read by others and I love seeing the power writing has on people from all walks of life. I believe writing is power and I believe in the impact it can make.
